Nagalaya - A Tropical Sanctuary

Nagalaya’s community swimming pool, yoga pavilion, clubhouse, and changing rooms are located below the peak and offer residents and guests a place to socialize, relax, or attend fitness and yoga classes.

Residents and guests at Nagalaya can also enjoy the facilities at Kamalaya Wellness Sanctuary, an adjoining five-star health resort on the beach below that features a diversity of spa treatments, Thai massage, and sumptuous cuisine.

Nagalaya Villas

Caves, ancient ficus trees, indigenous palms, and sensuous sea-polished boulders provide an inspiring environment for Nagalaya’s homes and villas, each of which is individually tailored to its specific site and harmonizes with the surrounding landscape. Each offers spectacular sea views, privacy, and seclusion.

Baan Mamuang - Main House

Baan Mamuang is a recently constructed villa with a separate guesthouse in a most spectacular and peaceful location on the largely unspoiled  south cost of the island of Koh Samui. Set on a steep hill amidst huge granite boulders and shaded by mature trees, the house is designed as an elegant and comfortable tropical retreat and hideaway.

Baan Mamuang - Guest House

A separate and private guesthouse is located on the edge of the property and has especially beautiful sunset views over the lagoon. The guesthouse which sleeps two is available as an optional extra for rental together with the main house.

The views to the south and west along an 8 kilometer beach and over the lagoon to Koh Tan and Koh Mudsum are magnificent. Boat trips to the nearby island are easily arranged. The guesthouse has an air-conditioned bedroom with an outside bathroom. Extensive views from the guesthouse living room.

Baan Mali - Main House

Baan Mali is an amazing villa with a very unique concept. It consists of two buildings, the Main house and another standalone mini-villa, the Guesthouse. Located on the cooler and greener side of the hill with a direct access to the Nagalaya infinity pool, “Baan Mali” offers the most spectacular sun rise. Two separate paths lead you gently through the lush greenery to two very cozy holiday homes. Both villas are situated in the most exquisite surroundings planted right amongst nature’s lush trees and naturally carved rocks.

Baan Mali - Guest House

The Guest house alike the Main House is quite a unique in its lay-out. This house has a very warm character and a personality of its own. It is spacious with a wonderful sense of peace. Again, be prepared to gasp in awe at the breathtaking, spectacular view to be enjoyed from all corners of the house and enjoy the wonderful refreshing breeze. Close your eyes and imagine yourself on top of the world.

Baan Arami

This modern-style villa nicely tucked away in nature, has a very fresh tropical touch with a homey atmosphere. The villa was designed by Nepali architects. The gorgeous sea-view from all rooms of the villa is absolutely magnificent and will captivate you the moment you set foot at the entrance.

The generous verandas with foldable doors that open up completely give you a wonderful sense of space and let you enjoy the nature to the full. There are many modern facilities available to you in this fairy-tale like setting. The natural environment has been kept alive and interwoven in the interior as well.

Sunset Rock Residence - Main House

The Sunset Rock Residence is a magnificent villa with an absolutely exhilarating view of the ocean & nearby islands, and a wonderful, refreshing breeze greeting you the moment you walk in.  All the rooms are located in their own separate mini-houses guaranteeing absolute privacy, and are easily accessible from one another. Special attention has been paid to details, such as the selection of furniture, the stylish niches in the walls, the artwork present in the rooms and the interior design.

The Sunset Rock Residence is a magnificent villa with an absolutely exhilarating view and a wonderful, refreshing breeze greeting you the moment you walk in. This house, encapsulated in nature is not only very beautiful; It is cozy, warm, and very private. It has a beautiful view of its own and a generous veranda all around the house that allows ultimate enjoyment of it, as well as the surrounding nature, rocks and trees.

Baan Sawasdee

Baan Sawasdee is a unique Indian style villa. What immediately catches your attention is the sensational orange/brown color. The pathway leading to the very large spacious living room is quite original. This villa also features a large, luxurious Sala conveniently located on the large terrace overlooking the mountains, valley and ocean.

This is the perfect area for a family gathering, a party or picnic with friends and guests, or suitable for early morning meditation and yoga practices as it is a tranquil and peaceful area. A surround sound system is placed in the Sala as well so you can listen to the music of your choice.

Baan Suksavati

Baan Suksavati is an incredible villa with a very nice homey touch. It is located in a private and secluded area nicely tucked away in nature. The stylish walkbridge to the main Entrance gives the villa a very original touch and look. Much attention has been given to detail and design of this Villa resulting in a homey feeling with a neat, spacious interior. The deep mahogany color of the furniture and floor give it a warm atmosphere.
